Information you share
Our enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, city, business type and message. Please share only information needed for your enquiry. Do not submit passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, check supply feasibility and discuss retail, distribution or bulk requirements. Enquiries are stored on our hosting account and may be emailed to the business owner for follow-up. Access is limited to people handling these enquiries.
Website operation
The website does not load advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard request and security logs. The enquiry form uses a hidden spam field and a temporary hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions.
Retention and requests
We keep enquiry information for follow-up and related business records, and review information when it is no longer needed. To request correction or deletion of an enquiry, use the contact form with the same phone number and describe your request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting.
Product and trade enquiries
Submitting the form does not place an order or reserve a distribution territory. Prices, delivery, commercial terms and availability are confirmed directly.
